Because customers cannot purchase a service or make a payment directly through this website, there is no website-based refund, cancellation, processing-fee, or transaction process at this time.
If a paid service is introduced
Before a paid service is offered directly by National Energy Bill, the applicable service fee, cancellation method, refund eligibility, exceptions, and contact method will be published before a customer commits to the purchase.
Utility provider payments
Payments to an applicable utility provider are governed by that provider’s own payment, refund, and cancellation terms. National Energy Bill does not control those terms.
